Private Sessions

Each person who comes to yoga is unique and the best instruction is one tailored to their own individual needs.  In private sessions I provide highly personalized guidance for both a student’s yoga practice and the way they move in general.  Classes are designed to match the students own body and areas of concern, forging a practice that is equally effective and sustainable.

As a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst and former dancer, I can also work with you on how you express yourself through movement in all areas of your life.  This will enhance your practice on the mat and help you move in a more connected and functional way throughout your everyday activities.
